Return & Refund
Return & Refund
• Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Your request for return or refund will never be accepted in the event that there is no visible damage or defect in the product as customized or personalized items are made.
• Cancellation of “made to order” items can be accepted only within 12 hours after placing the order. Since your item would be completed, If you exceed this time frame, your cancellation would not be accepted.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The shipping fee is not refundable even for free shipping products. Only the cost of goods can be returned. We deduct the shipping price from the free shipping price of the item and make a refund.
