Your order request will be processed 12 hours after your payment is completed.
As Zepmade, we do not stock our products. Our products are handmade to order in our own atelier in Turkey specifically for you. This process normally takes around 5 business days but can be slower or faster depending on the intensity of the work. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
We send your orders by express shipping.

Your orders will be shipped via FedEx, TNT or DHL expresses shipping companies.
Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Zepmade is not responsible for incorrect addresses and the buyers who are not found at their addresses. There will be no refund due to the failure of deliveries to buyers.
Express shipping companies do not deliver to PO box, FPO, DPO or APO addresses. Please provide us with a physical or residential shipping address for your order.
In the absence of any person at the address you specify, the items can be delivered to the front door by the shipping company. Customers are responsible for tracking the shipment and you should make sure that someone has the address to get the item. We are not responsible for items that were left and lost at the front door.
We take all necessary precautions when packing the products. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order has been damaged, please contact the shipping company to make a request.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Zepmade cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or tax charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
Your tracking number will be given to you by email and shown the user’s center at our site after your order is shipped.
